Bracelet Fastening Hack ... no help needed!

Do you ever struggle to fasten a bracelet when there’s no one around to help?
I’ve been there too – fiddly clasps and wriggly wrists can make it frustrating.

So I shared a little trick I use in an Instagram reel, and it’s had such a lovely response that I thought I’d explain it here too.

Here’s what you need:

  • A long piece of thin cord or thread

  • Your bracelet

  • Your own two hands (but only one doing the fiddly bit!)

How it works:

Thread the cord through the loop at the end of your bracelet and centre it across your wrist.
Wrap the cord around your wrist so the bracelet sits in place, and hold the ends of the thread tightly in your fingers.
Now you can wrap the bracelet around your wrist, open the clasp, and clip it into the loop easily, without it slipping or twisting.

It’s one of those simple things that makes life a little easier, especially with styles like my Triple Wrap Bracelets or any bracelet with a clasp.

Any time you order a bracelet with a clasp just add a note at checkout if you'd like me to include a free fastening cord in your package.
