As we make all the beads and jewellery ourselves, and most items are made to order, we aim to post within 4 working days of receiving payment.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: DUE TO WORLDWIDE POSTAL SYSTEM DELAYS AND DISRUPTION DURING THE COVID PANDEMIC, WE WOULD URGE YOU TO SELECT THE MORE EXPENSIVE TRACKED DELIVERY OPTION.
Items sent by Standard Airmail are neither tracked nor insured and if lost in the system, a claim against Royal Mail cannot be made before 25 working days have passed.
ALSO DUE TO GENERAL CONFUSION AND CHAOS FOLLOWING BREXIT we have taken the unhappy decision to suspend trade with EU countries until the process and charges become clearer.

Within the UK, Royal Mail 2nd class service aims to deliver within 3 days, 1st class by the next working day. Special Delivery guarantees delivery by 1pm the following day, but somebody must be home to accept the parcel.
Royal Mail aim to deliver to addresses in Europe within 3-5 working days, and to the Rest of the World within 5-7 working days.
Please note, all these delivery times are approximate in non-Covid times, and are additional to the 3-4 days we need to make your item.
Customs Duty and Import Charges:
International packages may incur extra charges before they can be delivered. We have no control over this and all charges are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your country's border control for more information.
If you change your mind you can return your items up to 14 days after receipt for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in the same condition as received and in their original package.
For hygiene reason, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty.
We will process your refund within 5 days of receiving your return. The customer is liable for the cost of return.
Please contact us to let us know you will be returning the item before you post it.
We recommend using a tracked delivery method to ensure your items arrive.
If your items arrive damaged or faulty, please contact us as soon as possible to arrange a return. In this instance we will also refund the cost of returning the item to us.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
We are very mindful of the environment and have banished all new single-use plastic (bubble wrap!) from our parcels. Boxed jewellery will be sent to you carefully wrapped with tissue paper, and we always pop a little leaflet in there to explain how our products are made – this is particularly helpful if the item you ordered is to be a gift.
Smaller items such as light pulls and charms will be wrapped in a cotton pouch and padded envelope or posting box. Every effort is taken to ensure your order arrives safe and sound, but if you experience any problem or delay, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.
We may occasionally recycle packaging.
Most of our jewellery includes the option of a branded, reusable and recyclable box, unless stated on the product description that it will be presented on a card or in a pouch. Our jewellery is a luxury product enhanced by beautiful packaging and we expect that you will want to keep your jewellery in the box when its not being worn.
If you don't want a jewellery box but the product listing automatically includes it, please contact us before purchase and we can adjust your order.
