This handshaped glass disc measures approx 3.5cm across and the whole beaded section measures approx 6cm long. Please note, I make and shape these beads entirely by hand so no 2 are ever the same - and there can be some variation in size.
The round leather (replaced previous faux suede) cord is 1m long and finished with a toning sliding bead and small beads on the ends.
As shown on the mannequin photo, the necklace can be worn short or long by adjusting the position of the sliding bead. Ingenious!
NEW CHAIN OPTION
This necklace is now also available on a 24" or 30" sterling silver chain. I'll add two extra fastening rings, spaced approximately 1½" apart, allowing you to wear it at several different lengths to suit your outfit or neckline.
The disc is decorated on one side only. Gift box is optional.

I chose sand on the outside to be different from my Sand and Sea disc necklace. Julie also let me have it shiny rather than etched (the beauty of handmade to order pieces!) The clear blue is such a beautiful contrast to the sand coloured glass and the decorations on it really make it special. It is comfortable and easy to wear. I prefer to wear it longer layered with other pieces.
