Wholesale Terms & Conditions

All items are made individually to order, so variations in colour, size and composition will occur – and are to be embraced, as this is what makes Beach Art Glass products so special.

Products are to be resold in the condition and packaging as purchased, and not modified in any way.

Minimum order value is £400, plus VAT.

To place an order:

Please order by email, sales@beachartglass.com, or phone 07906651846. Following receipt of order an invoice will be sent with our bank account details for BACS payment. Payment by debit or credit card can also be made over the phone. No items will be dispatched before payment is received.

UK Customers:

Shipping within UK is by Royal Mail and the standard charge is £12. Free shipping on orders of £350 or more.

Non UK Customers:

For overseas shipping, please contact us for a quote before ordering.  Overseas customers are liable for all import duties and charges.

Returns

If goods are found to be damaged on receipt, please contact us immediately to arrange a return. Beach Art Glass will pay return shipping costs for damaged items. Please contact us within 14 days of receipt to return goods for any other reason. No shipping costs will be refunded and all goods and packaging must be returned in a state suitable for resale.
